We collect only what we need to send what you have asked for — an enquiry, a letter, an appointment. That usually means a name, an email, a telephone number, and a city. We do not sell lists. We do not send more than one seasonal letter a month.

Enquiries and contact forms are sent to the concierge by email when an email service is configured, and may open a WhatsApp message so you can continue the conversation there. WhatsApp is operated by a third party; their terms apply once you leave this site.

A small number of cookies keep the bag and your currency preference. That is all. Questions may be sent to concierge@ablagale.com.
